Legal workshop – in the workplace

Target group :

• Managers and employees of the personnel department ;
• Payroll administrators and managers;
• Employees in the company

Goals :

Have a clear and documented overview of the latest developments in social tax law in Luxembourg, update the legal and social information to effectively anticipate change and adapt the company strategy, understand the implications of these changes for employers and employees.

Course content :

All changes in labour law, social security and taxation that are of special interest for Luxembourg employers and their employees, both residents and non residents.

Methodology :

• presentation of the new regulations in force
• analysis of the projects in elaboration process
• practical interpretation of legal texts
